Auto Adjustment

Automatically replaces unhealthy instances to ensure service availability. You can also set the minimum number of instances for an AS group and
the instance removal policy to ensure that an AS group has some in-service ECSs.

  • When the condition specified by an AS policy is met, AS changes the expected number of instances according to the instance quantity or percentage specified in the AS policy. The maximum number and mininum number of instances can be configured for an AS group. The expected number of ECS instances must fall between the minimum number and maximum number. If the expected number of instances is inconsistent with the actual number, a scaling action is triggered.

Auto Notification

Sends notifications to AS group members when there are changes to the running status of their AS groups.

  • After the SMN service is enabled for AS, you can use SMN to promptly send AS group information to users so that they can learn the AS group status.
